But, at a pre-organised time you select, they cause a scene and burst into song before anyone knows what's happening. We love seeing the expressions on everyone's face when a waiter puts down their plates and pics up a mic instead!
Your waiters will be the souls of discretion, and regularly surprise parties where only one person has been in on the secret! You can pick from a setlist of songs guaranteed to get everyone up and dancing, or make your own requests if there's a song that you want especially.
